We have owned commercial rental property in Swift Current since 2005, and residential rentals since 2013 and pride ourselves in providing comfort and quality in a place for you to call home for you or your business. We require a Rental Application complete with references and previous accomodations prior to signing a rental agreement. The form can be found below.
NO Pets & NO Smoking in any of our properties.
With all of our Rental properties, we require a damage deposit due with the first months rent. We will do a walk through with you on the day you move in and when you move out to assess any possible issues. We also require you to clean the property in order to receive your damage deposit back. For any damage or lack of cleaning, a portion will be deducted from the dollar amount you receive back.
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. After day 4, if rent has not been received, a late fee will apply.
We prefer a minimum of a 6 month lease when signing a rental agreement. The length of the lease may be negotiable, but only at the discretion of the landlord.
Tenants are responsible for their own Tenant's Insurance. Without proof of proper insurance, we may terminate the rental agreement.
We require a 1 month notice prior to moving out. Notice has to be given on or before the first of the month.
